Roy Jensen

Dr. Roy Jensen is a teaching professor who has long been interested in pedagogy. He has worked as the first-year coordinator, won several teaching awards, and has long been affiliated with the Center for Teaching and Learning. His research interests are in applied chemistry and pedagogy, focusing on learner development, factors affecting student success, and modernizing instructional resources. He has published a first-year chemistry textbook, a science communication textbook, and a book on de-escalation for security and law enforcement.
